This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

Relax in this modern and stylish guesthouse. Fully self contained with king size bed, ensuite with walk in shower, heated towel rail, vanity and toilet, front load washing machine and dryer, split system air conditioning, comfortable couch (sofa bed available on request) bar style bench with stools, kitchen with an air fryer, electric hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine with milk frother, glasses, utensils, crockery and everything necessary to whip up a meal.

The Sturt Stay

This unit is close to all that Mulwala has to offer. Foodworks, Purtle Playground and Blacksmith Provedore is all within walking distance. Spend an evening at the Ski Club, Golf Club or the RSL, they offer courtesy buses.. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms (1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed) Both beds have electric blankets. The lounge suite offers a fold out bed. The outside area has been set up for you to enjoy with a BBQ and seating. Maximum 6 people. Pets are welcome.

The Family Guy owners believe holidays are meant to be for life long memories. Ideally situated in the centre of Mulwala means everything is a short walk/drive away. Our home offers resort style accommodation which sleeps 11 guests through 5 bedrooms. Backyard has a stunning solar heated swimming pool, entertainment area & a in ground trampoline. The garage area has been turned into a games room with pub size pool table and table tennis table.

Beautifully finished federation style home with all modern conveniences. Right in town, 2 blocks from the lake & 5 blocks from the shops. Enjoy your time in country Victoria by the pool or in the BBQ area & retreat inside when it gets too hot to a fully air-conditioned house with ceiling fans & bay windows (for a good read). In winter there is ducted heating throughout & an open gas fireplace in the lounge. The house has 3 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
