Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

Secluded 1Br cottage on the lake, close to Ditch

This is the best of Montauk living, right by the lake, close to Ditch, and with an incredible, lush front yard suitable for outside dining or having a couple friends over for dinner. Walk down to the lake to enjoy the sunset, or stroll over to the Crow's Nest for drinks or dinner. No need to drive, it's well within walking distance. Montauk Waterfront Cottage

Cozy and large two bedroom cottage steps from the edge of Fort Pond. Cottage is very private yet on shared grounds. Water views, fire pit, paddle boards, kayak, and good vibes. Also available are a 3 bedroom house and a 2 bedroom cottage. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
