Our beautiful, newly renovated lake front home on Lake Hartwell offers a private dock on big water, lake views, and a short walk to the private dock. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our lake house is set up to sleep up to 14 people. We provide kayaks for exploring the lake and exclusive rental of a 22' Bennington Tritoon stored at the boat dock for an additional daily fee of $400. (Book at adventurerentalsboat com). House on Lake Keowee swim beach in cove w/ Dock

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

Stunning lake views in highly popular The Shoals in Portman Marina located on Lake Hartwell. Bring your pets with you, we are pet-friendly, and they'll love running around the fenced in backyard. Very large back deck overlooking the lake while you have morning coffee, grill or just relax! We also are located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in cul de sac. Short drive to Clemson University for games or student/family events. Also, short drive to downtown Anderson and Anderson University.

New Waterfront House with Big Views & Private Dock

This new 4BR 3.5BA waterfront home has unobstructed big lake views from nearly every room. It comfortably sleeps 12 & has new furnishings throughout. There are many spaces to hang out & relax including; a sunroom, two family rooms, two open air porches and a fire pit. Lake activities include a dock with boat slip & jet ski lifts, shallow water for wading and playing, deep water for fishing and swimming. Take out the kayaks to paddle around or put out the floating mat for extra fun.

Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. The private dock is perfect for those that would like to bring their own boat. .

Spacious home with cozy and warm decor. 5 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms and 1 outdoor shower, that allows plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake.
