The yard has a beautiful, new concrete landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views!

Rustic attached guest studio in beautiful Squirrel Valley with private entrance with EV plug. 5 min to Lake Isabella marina, 20 min to natural hot springs, 20 min to Kernville, 40 min to Alta Sierra ski resort, 1 and 1/2 hours to Trail of 100 giants. Great halfway stopping point between Death Valley and Yosemite. Perfect for traveling nurses, hospital is less than two miles away. Nature trails right out the back door. Hungry Gulch Getaway

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

Just Outstanding Ranch House

They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
