The yard has a beautiful, new concrete landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views!

Hungry Gulch Getaway

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

Newly remodeled House in the heart of Kernville! This Home is perfect for entertaining comes with Mini Split AC/Heat units, Wifi, Netflix, lawn games and Ample parking. The area has so much to offer. Lake just down the road, river 1/2 mile away and mountains are great any time of year. Walking distance to downtown Kernville. Kern River Brewing 1 mile away. This riverfront cabin in Kernville has everything! The river with beach area is steps from the backyard,hiking, rafting, tubing, skiing, horseback riding, or just sit in the river with a beer and some friends! With sleeping space for 12, there’s ample room for groups and families. Recently remodeled with a gourmet kitchen, giant bathrooms, outdoor shower, patio set with propane fire pit, propane grill, and very comfy beds. Perfect weekend getaway from LA, San Diego or Orange County.

1890's Mountain View, river, horses and hot tub.

Soak up the history of Kernville Ranch in the all natural cedar hot tub after a day on the river, watch the horses frolic in front of pink and purple mountains. Plunge into or practice your casting in our private river (Runs April through December). Originally built in the 1890s. Nestled in over 14 acres of water meadow. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

High Country Cabin

OPEN FOR SPRING-Cabin built in 1940, originally bunkhouse for local lumber mill. At 6000 feet in the tall trees of Sequoia National Forest. Near ski resort, Kern river(rafting, fishing), hot springs, Lake Isabella, Trail of the Giants. Alta Sierra is dense neighborhood of cabins with neighbors close by. TWO GUESTS ONLY , NO PARTIES, NO PETS! Comfy king bed, lovely outdoor bathtub. NO WIFI. Only 1 bar cell svs-plus record player/TV/videos/books/games. Heavy snow possible!

Just Outstanding Ranch House

They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
