Newly renovated home near downtown Lake Havasu. Located just 1 mile from London Bridge and a 6 minute drive from the Windsor Beach launch ramp. Minutes from multiple restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and much more! Great place to bring your boat or other toys! Open spaces for entertainment including New outdoor bar and TV area. Pool to take a dip and cool off on a hot summer night however pool is not heated .. Centrally located and plenty of parking for cars and boats but have a steep driveway. 15 minutes from the London Bridge and Lake.

Clean, Quiet, Modern South side, 2B/2B home

Relax and enjoy our cute south side home. Interesting local artwork, Plenty of off street boat parking, shaded afternoon back patio with nice Weber grill for chillin after a day on the lake. Walled in back yard. relaxing morning shaded front patio to enjoy coffee from the Kurig. We even provide bikes, floaties, and various water and beach toys. Short walk to lake

Great location at Lakeshore Village!Free boat parking.Our condo is in walking distance to the lake and park. Dont forget to take in a movie or dine out at restraunts. Aprox 5 minute walk from condo. Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
