An Ultimate Havasu Escape

We were soooo happy with our stay at Lynn’s beautiful home in Lake Havasu. Just a short drive to the marina, the location was perfect. My kiddos had so much fun playing pool and air hockey. We spend $10 on quarters!! The floors were spotless (which is a pet peeve of mine). There are plenty of pillows and blankets too. The pillows are amazing!! The kitchen was also well stocked too with all of the utensils. You will have an amazing time at Lynn’s home.

Our experience renting from Kory was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home was cared for with great attention to detail. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Kory himself was a fantastic host: welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and it truly made a difference. You can tell he takes pride not just in the property, but in creating a wonderful experience for his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily rent from Kory again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-quality rental and a host who genuinely cares!

Tranquil Get Away w/ Lake Views!

The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is extremely quiet. The pool was clean and well kept. Close to London bridge and downtown with numerous restaurants. Our favorite time of day was in the morning eating breakfast out by the pool and enjoying the Peace and serenity. The master bedroom and bath has direct access to the pool is an added bonus. Our trip to Arizona was for rest and relaxation and this home was perfect.

The Perfect Lake House

We had such a great time. James was very helpful in every question or concern I had. This is a very cozy house. Our labrador pup enjoyed playing in the fenced backyard. She was able to learn how to get along with the neighbors dogs. This will definitely help her in the future. She really liked Daisy (a fellow yellow Labrador) The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. There wasn't anything in walking distance (that we seen) We didn't mind this at all because we just wanted to go explore all the cool things in the city. London bridge, a boat ride around the lake and hiking in Sara Park (yellow trail- Sara's crack) is a must to go see!

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We booked this trip last minute, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we’ve made. The house was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable—perfect for our family. We instantly felt at home. The pool was definitely a highlight! We spent so much time swimming, relaxing, and just enjoying the sunshine together. It gave us the chance to slow down, laugh, and really connect as a family. This trip gave us the opportunity to make new memories that we’ll always hold close. We’re so grateful for this space—it truly felt like a little escape. We’d definitely love to come back! Cheerful 3 bedroom house with hot tub & large yard

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Charmer

This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this home. It is well put together, there is plenty of space and the Casita is such a unique experience for us at an AirBnB. The deal was great because we could have accommodated more people if we needed to. It was in a nicer area of the neighborhood, it wasn’t very far from any of the places to visit or stores for essential needs. I didn’t have any communication with Sandro after booking because there was no need for one. The place had everything we needed.

I feel fortunate to have found this gem. A Beautiful home, everything you would need was provided ( I did not need to bring along as much as I did). The furnishings and beds were very comfortable. Michael was always there to answer any of my questions that I had emailed him about from the time I booked, up until our vacation ended. I would love to come back again, and I would highly recommend him.

The house was great. It felt like home. Everything was really clean and organized my kids and I felt very comfortable. it's really Close to the London Bridge to Walmart. It's very nice place to stay 100% recommended

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

Patricia is an unbelievable host, very responsive and caring. She makes guests feel welcome at her home. I plan to stay there again. I highly recommend to anyone. The house is spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Has a great patio with the pool and hot tub.
