Newly Renovated multiple living spaces with own entrance great for large groups of multiple families. St John’s waterfront and close to several springs and restaurants by boat or car. Plenty of parking and also has full 30 rv spot available. 2 screen porches overlooking water. Fire pit with plenty of seating. Gas grill, Smart TV’s in all rooms. Quality mattress. Full kitchen upstairs with 2 bedrooms 2 full baths. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms 1 full bath. Efficiency kitchen and laundry. 2 pull outs.

Beautiful House On the River, Kayaks, Large Dock!

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

This very private cottage is located on Lake Saunders and is perfect for a fishing get away or just spending some quiet time on the water. In just three steps off of the patio, you are down on the walkway out to the dock. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Close to Mount Dora shopping and dining, this little gem offers a quiet, nature filled experience. Pets are welcome as long as they are on leash outside.
