Historic Stone Mill in Lancaster Countryside

This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. A fully equipped private 2 bedroom apartment located in the daylight basement of our secluded home that is surrounded by woods. There is a separate entrance with outdoor patio space to relax and enjoy the beauty around you. You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away.
