Perfect weekend getaway, great for traveling nurses in Albany or Cordele, long term winter rental to escape cold winters, perfect for work groups,, family gatherings or couples. Very clean, dog-friendly and updated 2 bedroom 1 bath with a fenced in backyard and patio. Home is centrally located to everything. Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. Rustic lake house with wrap around porch extending over the water on main lake. 3 bedroom, 2 bath with open downstairs floor plan. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home for a last minute weekend getaway or extended stay. Accommodates up to 8 people. Smart Tvs in every room with live Hulu TV and WiFi. Lots of seating out on the porch as well as the dock, which has fire pit table. Grill, kayaks, life jackets available.
