If you’re looking for a peaceful place, look no further than. This is a gem for nature lovers where you can see many species of birds and wildlife while being near the city. The place is very comfortable and cozy. The view of the lake is beautiful specially in the early morning when you can have a perfect breakfast outside viewing the lake. The house has many table games and a great billiards table for use. This was a great stay for us and would definitely consider it again.

I came with my family to enjoy thanksgiving in the mountains. This place was beautiful, the house was cozy, and Veronica was SUPER responsive to all questions I had!

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again

The view is lovely. This home has separate spaces for families or groups of friends with two different kitchens. I loved that there was a bedroom directly next to parking so a family member with a disability could walk in without taking the stairs. The home had plenty of linens, games and kitchen equipment. Having two washers and dryers was also a nice bonus!

We had a wonderful week in this home. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers and 1 dog. All of us found spots to relax. It’s been about 2 weeks since we were there, and what stuck with me was sitting in the back porch in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the great blue heron. If I could change something about the house, I would have 2 bathrooms upstairs, but I know that would be an expensive investment. It would also be great to have more places to hang towels. Thank you so much Jauxniece! You were so good to us!!!!

Ms Judy was very nice welcoming me and my family. We had a great stay my babies love the lake with the geese. Fire bond and all. The place was beautiful and very responded to anything I needed or any issues I had. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to live here. Thank you for your service

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!! Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. We stayed here for a friend’s wedding this past weekend and it was close to everything! Super close to all the venues we had to go to and also close to a bunch of restaurants, cafes, shops, and breweries! The place was so clean and honestly very cozy and cute! The beds were very comfortable too! Thank you so much for letting us stay here! Would recommend and also book again! ☺️

Jermaine was a great host. He stayed in touch, was always available if needed, and we felt well looked after. My wife and I operate an AirBnB of our own, so we could see the work Jermaine had done to make the place feel like home. And the place lived up to Jermaine's online description of it. It's a short walk from many restaurants, shops and services, and also from forested walking trails with abundant bird life to observe. Now that we have family working and living in the Sandy Springs area, we'll be planning return visits, and our first message will go out to Jermaine!

Beautiful home! Susan is awesome and communication was incredible. She really made our stressful wedding weekend easier and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to assist with our special accommodation needs.

This place was really nice right on the water very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our time there

We had a great time in the riverside cottage. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace made cool evening cozy and the kitchen was nice. We loved sitting in the sunroom listening to the water.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament at the Lakepoint Sports Complex. It only took about 10 minutes to get there. It was also nice to be close to the downtown Acworth area that had cute shops and food spots. We would be happy to stay again if we are in the area in the future!

The house is super comfortable for a group get together. You can tell it’s a place to gather with lovely spots to sit outside but also a nice pool table and lounge area. Our family really enjoyed and missed nothing in terms of kitchen utensils. We felt right at home. The best was hearing the birds in the morning while we sat in the balcony table. Lovely place for some peace and nature.

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.
