Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In a golf course community, with 2 community pools and exercise room. Golfing is available at extra fees. 15 minutes from Port Isabel and South Padre Island beaches. The unit includes everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay for Winter Texans. Villa situated waterfront on a deep canal in Port Isabel just off the bridge to South Padre Island. You will enjoy fishing right off the deck and backyard! House has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private boat dock, fully fenced yard, 2 levels of spacious deck, two-car garage, and plenty of space to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. Rarely a DEEP boat channel home available for vacation rental, so enjoy fishing, crabbing, paddling right off backyard. Boaters welcome!
