The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

The Seaside Cottage

Welcome to The Seaside Cottage, a custom home on the Monterey Peninsula. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is designed for relaxation, luxury, privacy, and comfort. Sight see all day and escape to a pastoral setting five minutes from Carmel Valley Village with quaint shops, restaurants and over 20 wine tasting rooms. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

Guest rate us 5 star consistantly. Newly remodeled! Enjoy the Country Canyon as you relax in the hot tub or read a book outside in the sun. The beds are comfy, and the place is spacious. Outside BBQ area. Ten mins. drive to downtown and the beach. Ten mins. to Seca Raceway. Our Home works best for three couples and maybe two children. Enjoy all amenities, guests love it here! Please when you fill out the number of guests put it in exactly. It will be much less complicated later.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Waterfall koi pond 1 Bd Home sleeps 4

Come to Seaside to enjoy a clean and private setting. The front yard is very private and includes a beautiful koi pond and waterfall. There is a BBQ along with a firepit and outdoor furniture for your comfort. Once inside you can enjoy an equally comfortable and inviting space. You can relax in the cozy furniture in front of the gas fireplace. There is an updated kitchen and restrooms and of course its all very clean! We hope you enjoy your stay.
