Seaside Retreat is a beautiful cottage in Sunnyside with a PRIVATE (heated/chilled) POOL, just steps from a PRIVATE BEACH. No stress about finding a place on the beach! Located near Rosemary and Seaside on the far west end of PCB, this home has special details that make it very warm and inviting. Welcome to Trip Around the Sun, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach retreat in Laguna Beach that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy a private pool, a king bed, queen bed, two full beds, and a pull-out sofa, along with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area perfect for gathering and relaxing. Located just a short walk from the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Optional golf cart rental is available for an additional fee for easy beach access and exploring. No pets allowed.
