Quiet lake environment For winter rentals multiple month terms available inquire for non-posted rates. Winter sports in the area like skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing. We are only a half hour from Notre Dame, perfect for game days or campus visits. This cottage is wonderful for getaways and all season enjoyment. The new, covered front deck is a great spot for evening sunsets.

Welcome to our cozy lakefront cottage on Atwood Lake. This is a quiet & fun fishing and swimming lake w/ access to the Indian Chain of Lakes (2 of which are ski lakes) just a 3 min drive away. Includes the use of 3 kayaks & paddle boat. There is a dock if you want to bring your own boat and room for your boat trailer. Has a walk in beachy area w/ sand for the kids to play. Enjoy the firepit to end the evening. Lots to do for year round fun. NO PETS, NO PARTIES AND NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!!

The Cozy Nest is an adorable three-bedroom, pet-friendly cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake lake. Enjoy the stunning view while your cares melt away in the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your use. Fiber optic wifi will keep you connected. There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as a canoe, 3 kayaks, and paddle boat to use on the water. Shipshewana is a quick 15-mile drive away through beautiful Amish countryside.

The clean, clear water offers great fishing (ice fishing in the winter), swimming, kayacking (provided), etc. with no fast or loud watercraft due to the 10 mph speed limit. Bring your own boat and put it in at the free, public access and then tie up at our own personal dock mere steps away from the house. A quiet, neighborhood street circles the lake and is perfect for strolls, including to the public beach or yummy Wall Lake Tavern.

Includes 3 BR/4 baths (detached 3rd BR CLOSED in winter), room for 6-8, AC, Smart TV, streaming services , WiFi, fireplace, lake, pier, kayak, paddle boat, grill, fire pit, dishwasher, toys for swimming, fishing, and 5 miles from Shipshewana/Middlebury. Min primary guest age is 21.

Cozy Lake-Front Cottage on Westler Lake

Our lake front cottage is on our property as a guest house. You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, fire pit and floats. This cottage is newly rebuilt with a beautiful view of the lake. Boat dock available. If you have access to a boat, there are five lakes in the chain. You can be on the lakes for a couple of hours and never see the same thing. The bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom is two full beds. Clearance for top bunk is slim. Recommend children for top bunk.

You will be staying in the middle of Amish country and love the easy access to all the shops, food, tourism, and all that Shipshewana has to offer. You will be within walking distance to the Pumpkin Vine Nature Trail with miles of trails for biking or walking. This cozy cottage has access to Ship Lake which is great for fishing. The living room and dining room are very spacious, open concept and an awesome place to hang out with family and friends.
