It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
