Centrally located just 13-27 minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Vally ski resorts and world-class hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking. Just minutes to Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview reservior, and Eden's quiant "downtown". Basement theater and game room, private hot tub, and community pool. Fully stocked kitchen.

Unique Condo in Park City, UT

Adults with or without children will be comfortable in this roomy condo with many unique hand-crafted furnishings. Upstairs there is a loft with a playroom. The laundry room is in the basement which has two couches and a TV. There are two lakes within the HOA, a tennis court, a playground, and access to Swaner Nature Preserve, a 1200-acre wetland park for wildlife and public use, providing an island of nature to be enjoyed year around. My husband is allergic, so pets are not allowed .
