Fully renovated in 2017 and fully repainted in 2023, a beautiful, 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views. Open plan Lounge (with log burner) and Kitchen/Dinning room and 2 spacious double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). Located in the heart of Nesso, the apartment (situated in an old mill) has access to large communal swimming pool in the grounds of the complex. Communal parking areas located directly above the apartment complex off the main road running through Nesso.

The house is called Casa Piccolo Nido, which means "little nest" in Italian. It's located in an historic nucleus with winding pathways and beautiful old homes. The house is a small but spacious three rooms rustico, with a cozy atmosphere, which includes a fire place. There are three floors. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in summer, for a nice relaxing get away close to nature. The hosts are always close by for any last minute necessities. Wi-Fi only from next door signal.

Charming chalet with view of Gravedona and Lake Como. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for two or three people. At ground floor we have kitchen and living room with sofa bed, fireplace, and an outdoor area with barbecue and table for eating and chill. Upstairs, there are: bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. There is a public parking under the house and a private 50mt. far from the house. The chalet is located in Segna.
