Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Unique and authentic farmstead situated in the medieval Hamlet of Maggiana. 5 mins. drive to the beautiful Lake Como. Exposed timber beams and trusses enhance the character and cozy atmosphere of the house. Magnificent outdoor spaces; Relax in the garden or cook and dine"Al Fresco" in the outdoor veranda kitchen in the ex barn. The house needs no air conditioning, on Summer evenings, the cool mountain air descends from the surrounding mountains. Events on request.

House with stunning view over Lake Como

A beautifully restored house with three balconies and a barbeque area, all with a fantastic view over the lake. It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.

Una grande casa su due piani, ampi spazi, tre camere nel sottotetto, terrazzo al primo piano, giardino e piscina (estate da metà maggio a metà settembre). Qui tutto è a portata di mano: negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sulle Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali; al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnb. È una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità.
