This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Surrounded by with other courtyard owners. The venue is ideal for couples (up to one child), two friends or lonely travelers and its diversity is that it provides alcoholic beverages and bar equipment. Using a small recipe book, you can make your stay intoxicating.
