The Perfect Colorado Crash Crib

NEWLEY REMODELED! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

Enjoy our farmers' market & town pool at Memory Square in the summer and stroll to go ice skating in the winter. Boulder is just a 15-minute drive, Denver 30 & Eldora 50. One can easily get out & explore and come back to Old Town for a lovely evening!

Come stay in our charming studio apartment in Old Town Lafayette. The detached studio apartment is located above our garage in the back of our of corner lot. Arrive through your own private entrance greeted by warm sun and relaxing cozy living space to call your own. Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

Queen bed with a folding spare bed in the closet behind the TV. TV and Wi-Fi, with a smart TV.. no smoking. The main house fenced yard and driveway are not included in the rental.

The Boulder Train Stop is a modern farmhouse (built in 2020) on nearly an acre! Rustic country getaway just minutes to Boulder, Louisville and Old Town Lafayette! Located adjacent to open space where you will find biking, hiking and walking trails. Roast marshmallows over a fire, play horseshoes, Yardzee and other outdoor games. Perfect for small family gatherings…can sleep up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts (and a comfy couch).

How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
