Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

The house has a kitchen with a stove and utensils for cooking. Nearby are the best beaches of Samui: Chaweng and Chongmon. The villa has a very convenient location. The Central Shopping Center, the Airport and the pier are 5 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a cafe, laundry, currency exchange and motorbike rental.
