The home is located in a quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood that is close to both Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Richmond and an even closer 10 minutes to Short Pump, both packed with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

Knotty Pines is the perfect place to make some memories at this unique and log cabin at Lake Anna. It is exactly the escape you need to leave all your stress behind offering you everything you need for vacation bliss. It features a perfect medley of rustic natural stylings and modern upgrades that will make you feel right at home. Pull in the driveway and let the experience begin! Take in the sight of tall trees as you head up to the covered porch with the woods singing a sweet symphony.

The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Ashland Aerie

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

Stay Awhile

“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment in our home, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

Historic Hill Top Beauty - 2nd Floor

Situated across from beautiful Chimborazo Park, this historic limestone home dates back to 1902. The entire sun flooded top floor features two bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, and a full bathroom. Unit also includes a 56" smart TV and two desk areas if needed. Need to run a load of laundry? No problem there is a ventless all in one washer/dryer. Shared front porch with rockers and park views, and a shared back yard offer additional social distance friendly ways to hang out.

Rustic Home on 5 Private Acres

Our cozy home is located in the rural area of Spotsylvania County and is nestled in 5 acres of woods with a serene creek, perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Old Town Fredericksburg, Fredericksburg Battlefield, Spotsylvania Towne Centre, Central Park, and Mary Washington University are minutes away. Lake Anna and King's Dominion are within a short drive. After a fun day, unwind in our peaceful retreat and immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.

Small organic farm nestled in the woods near I-95

Located right off of I-95 between mile markers 104 and 98, between Fredericksburg and Richmond, VA. This is a small, practical studio apartment in the walk out basement of our organic family farm. Quiet, natural surroundings with woods to explore and seasonal vegetables and eggs available for purchase. Local attractions include Meadow Event Park, Kings Dominion, AP Hill. Close to MCDean and Carmel Church Industrial area.

Animal lover’s Cozy Cottage. We host pets with their people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Studio apartment is perfect for two adults and a child. In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.

Separate entrance is behind the home (yellow dr) that leads through a laundry room into your space. Down the drive, around the house. Great for traveling nurses, etc. HenricoDr, St.Mary's, & VCU. We welcome paying guests only that are respectful.

Hundred Acre Wood: basement apartment/pets welcome

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

1840's Cottage: 3 miles from I-95/ Near Shopping

Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, ducks , chickens, and a Miniature Donkey.
