The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, first bathroom, living room, balcony with dining area and the private heated swim spa. On the first floor you'll find the master bedroom, the second bathroom and the balcony with the heated jacuzzi. The maisonette includes everything anyone can ask from a holiday home. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.
