Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Sun Villa is built in the southwest part of Laconia. The location offers its guests a unique and memorable view into the natural beauty of Laconia and an unlimited view of the sea. The Villa is ideal for people that want to experience a relaxing vacation. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. There are 6 single beds and 1 double bed. Guests can also find 2,5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a conjoined dining room and large balconies.

George's Country Guesthouse

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.
