Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

E' composta da camera matrimoniale, cucina tinello, salottino e bagno. È dotata di tutti i comfort e si trova a 1 minuto dalla piazza principale ma in zona tranquilla. In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge Le Ghiaie e Le Viste, in 10/15 Padulella e Capobianco. Il parcheggio non è disponibile, è particolarmente comoda per chi è a piedi.
