In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Typical wooden décor and exposed stone, cozy and comfortable. The two floors apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, 2 bathrooms, ski box and garage. Wi-fi, linen and towels provided on demand.

Le chalet du Lavouet

Sur les hauteurs, à 5 minutes du centre ville, venez vous ressourcer dans ce cadre unique et apaisant. Ce retour aux sources vous promet repos et détente. A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

L' alloggio è situato nel centro di La Salle, paese tranquillo e caratteristico, a qualche minuto a piedi da ristoranti, bar, negozio di alimentari, farmacia, Municipio e ufficio postale. Attività da fare a La Salle: trekking, mountain-bike, equitazione, parapendio, bike-park, ciaspole, sci alpinismo, yoga. Nelle vicinanze: rafting, pesca alla trota, parco avventura, terme, skyway.

Small apartment for a lovely stay in Courmayeur

The apartment is bright and cosy. It has been renewed in January and the furniture is made with wood and it is well equipped. The sofa bed is normal size (160 cm x 190 cm) and comfortable. The kitchen is small but you will have a dishwasher and a microwave at your disposal. Wi fi is now available for the guests. Great news !!!!! A new Murphy bed is now available!!!
