Wow! The place was é a toy like the pictures. Easy access, one block from the beach. Huge fully stocked kitchen. I loved the little details. Beach towels, beach chairs. The place was impeccable. Contact with the host was easy and fast. I’d highly recommend! And will be coming back! Thanks for having us ❤️

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Daniel's place is a super nice spot for a couple or two individuals that know each other well. Its in a very walkable area with plenty to walk to. The balcony is super nice to sit on and chill. Kitchen is fully stocked and good to go. Overall it was a nice place to stay and we had a great time. If its colder weather (it was high 50s to mid 60s) you will need to rug up inside.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s beautiful oceanfront home! The views from the patio, and living room were absolutely stunning—we even spotted seal pups right from the patio. The location is perfect: easy walking distance to the aquarium, Cannery Row, the beach, and a scenic walking/bike path. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—laundry soap, extra towels, high-quality bedding, and comfortable, homey furniture. Jane made the check-in process seamless with clear instructions and even left us a list of local recommendations and binoculars to enjoy the views. Although Jane lives upstairs, the unit feels very private. She was responsive and welcoming, while giving us plenty of space. This was one of the most comfortable and well-prepared rentals we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Grew up in Santa Cruz and coming back to visit, this place really felt like home. Thank you for sharing your space with us for the weekend. Look forward to coming back

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

Perfect place to stay near the beach. Was too cold for beach activities but enjoyed walking the neighborhoods along the beaches with all the spring flowers blooming. House had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Great hosts!

This is a great place with awesome views. The living area is perfect for reading a book or just sitting with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful 180-degree sea view. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat was already broken when we arrived. However, due to some misunderstanding, the host reached out and claimed that we had damaged it. This was the only negative experience, but I didn’t want to give a low rating because the place itself is truly beautiful.

My husband and I met my son , his wife and our two grandchildren at Meli’s place. The house is lovely. It’s very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The views from the porch and great room were gorgeous. The grandchildren loved the playground right across the street. Meli’s book with things to do, restaurants , directions was so helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Monterey, Carmel and even Santa Cruz. Meli was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at her spot!

My family felt right at home. This place is very comfortable and is close to everything, prime location if you want to explore San Jose. Backyard is beautiful with fruits for us to pick. Host is responsive and helpful, would recommend anyone to stay here.

We are repeat guests at Murthy's place. It is ideal for a couple who wants to easily walk to 2 great grocery stores plus Bevmo and hang in or wander out and simply walk to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. That said you are located on a very private and quiet street. The kitchen is well stocked with appropriate ware. The bed was super comfortable and the couch in the main room converts to a bed or just a get spot to watch the numerous channels available to you. Murthy and Rima are such kind hosts! We got a personal welcome letter and a number of treats they left. They are great communicators and offer lots of information and guidance about the area if needed. One of our favorite parts about the unit is the great skylight in the bathroom. Its fun to shower with that as your only light!! There were lots of towels, nice soap and shampoo too. There were a ton of amenities we could have used but our trip was short. Things like the little washer / dryer in the unit are a great hit. Awesome!

This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..
