Spacious and modern 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Condo with high ceilings, a wall of windows and front balcony with an ocean view and overlooking the quaint Capitola village. 150 steps to the Beach, Capitola pier, boutique shopping and over 20 restaurants. Remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for families, couples or girls/guys getaways! Sleeps 6 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old.

River front, steps from beach! Come stay at a magical retreat in Capitola Village, on the river and steps from the beach and village dining/activities. Enjoy the shared river-front yard to BBQ, roast marshmallows and dine on the river. Canoe down the river in our boat (seasonal only). Includes a master bedroom with a bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There are two twin sleeping nooks in the common area. Dining is a bar height table that seats 8. Fully stocked kitchen.
