En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Casa Coco in La Sella near Denia

Casa Coco está situada en La Sella, una urbanización conocida por su famoso campo de golf de 27 hoyos. Renovada en 2024, Casa Coco se encuentra en una zona residencial conocida como "Zarzas 1" muy tranquila, ajardinada y con una combinación de piscinas que forman una cascada creando un espacio espectacular para pasar las vacaciones. Dichas Piscinas cuentan con socorristas durante la temporada de verano. La zona también cuenta con numerosas rutas de senderismo para disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
