Enjoy your stay at our recently updated/remodeled cozy studio with all the comforts. We are 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, our city's beautiful beaches, Mexico, and 30 minutes to the mountains. We are located between 2 trolley stations and a 2 minute drive to access the freeway. The studio includes a separate sleeping area with a comfy queen bed. The sleeping area and living area are separate areas. Enjoy our updated kitchenette for your meals. The studio has a private entrance.

Lemon Drop Cozy Studio

Introducing our itsy bitsy studio, where small is not only beautiful but also a trove of comfort and ingenuity. While it may lack extravagant features, it does offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Traveler beware this is a basic regular ol’ bland neighborhood (nothing to do walking distance) I do have gr8 news is, we are at close proximity (1 mile) to the freeway allowing for easy access and seamless exploration of all San Diego has to offer.

DESCRIPTION: Relax and enjoy my converted Barn that is safe, cozy & comfortable. Barn has its own private entrance secured with a keyless entry lock. Sleep on a Cal King therapy foam bed, TV & Blu-ray player, CD stereo USB connection. Extra space has a large desk area. Barn has a private bathroom that includes a walk in shower. Guests provided with Freshly washed towels & linens. *I have a pet Nigerian Dwarf Goat who would love to meet you!

The entire front of our home is glass with breathtaking views over the mountains and reservoir below. Neutral decor and warm wood accents provide a relaxing atmosphere and a tranquil setting.
