The place is lovely and located in a great part of the city. Jeffrey was extremely communicative when issues arose due to the guests before us being destructive and smoking inside, and an AC malfunction. These setbacks could have ruined our stay but Jeffrey attended to each matter swiftly and effectively, and was kind to us throughout. He’s exactly the sort of host you want!

Overall, the place is a very good place to accommodate many people with its 6 bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for big families. There were a couple of dead cockroaches but I was told this was unavoidable. The host was very strict with the number of guests staying and coming to the property. Any guests that visit must be counted as a guest staying. I was afraid to invite friends over to hangout for an hour due to the 100$ charge. I think this rule can be relaxed a bit. Unless you are holding a major party, visiting friends should be allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The backyard was peaceful and was a nice spot to relax. The heated pool was a great bonus, especially on cooler nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was just as described. We'd definitely come back!

We loved staying here. This house is beautiful and fit all our needs. Travis is definitely a super host and responded very quickly! Will definitely stay again if available! Nothing but good vibes and the kids very much enjoyed the pool!

Great location and a nice safe neighborhood. Many restaurants in walking distance to choose from. This is the second time I've stayed in this house. There's a lot of stairs but it's very comfortable and gives each bedroom its own space. Thank you to my host Reagan. She's a great communicator

Gloria was very responsive and accommodating throughout the trip. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house and the pool. The only critique we had were some of the house rules; we would have liked to see these detailed in the listing. For example, the inability to flush toilet paper down the toilet.

Stayed for 2 days and felt right at home! A lot more spacious than expected and definitely great for a family . Thanks again!!

This place is amazing. The house is clean and cute, and it had an adorable outside space. I loved being able to let my dogs out into the fenced space without needing a leash. Kimberly’s place is a short walk to the beach, including Murdoch’s, and we walked to local eateries and coffee shops like MOD and the Sunflower Cafe.

Excellent place to stay, quick responses and the house was ready before check in time! Very close to the beach and nice backyard for dogs. Everything was very clean and has access to a grill! 10 of 10 will book here again.

Sharon’s home was clean, well-decorated, thoughtfully supplied and was well-located in a neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive to any request, always responding with Lin 30 minutes, and was always accommodating and kind. If I have a future need to be in Galveston, I would not hesitate to stay at one of her properties. Best host I have ever had at any AirBNB!

Perfect place - was exactly as described. The host gave us very clear instructions and was responsive when we had questions. Would recommend to others and would stay here again if we come back to Galveston. We had 6 people and it was perfect size and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay with friends. Beds were comfortable. Clean, with simple decor . Easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood.A short drive to the beach . Appreciated Jeff’s prompt response to inquiries during our stay .

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth . The location was perfect ,quiet and safe ,close to everything I needed. I was relaxing in the big pool most of my time there, it was a great experience all around. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!

The place was amazing! For my first Airbnb stay it was great. Rhonda was great and communicated very well with me. She was very helpful throughout our stay and helped with any issues that came up. The house was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Would definitely stay again

This place was awesome! The kids loved the pool! My teenager had his own space. We will definitely request again when we return to Houston this summer!
