Villa Hilda in Golfe de St-Tropez

Airconditionned villa "Hilda" in calm friendly La Mole surrounded by vineyards, forests and historic villages. 10 km from beach and 20 km from St Tropez. Large fenced swimming pool is at a few steps just in front of "Hilda" and is only accessible for residents of Rue du Chateau (badge in villa). The swimming pool is open from May 15th till October 15th. The price mentioned above, concerns for 90% the rent of the house (Real Estate) and 10% the rent of the furniture (mobiliar)

Cabanon dans un écrin de verdure, à 5 mn à pieds de la plage. Vous pouvez y faire de très belles randonnées pédestres. Il dispose d’une piscine et d’un jardin indépendant et privatif. Il est proche de toutes les commodités (2km du centre-ville). Carqueiranne est un village provençal de pêcheurs authentique éloigné des endroits touristiques. Votre tranquillité sera assurée. Il y a un chemin commun à notre maison pour y accéder (50m).
