Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Confortable, luminosa y bien situada. El pueblo goza de servicios de restauración y tiendas con productos autóctonos . A 20 kms. de la playa, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Próximo a la frontera con Francia, parajes naturales de la sierra de l'Albera, rutas en bicicleta y ruta para descubrir momumentos megaliticos.

Appartement indépendant 3*, gde terrasse, vue mer

Vue mer imprenable sur la baie de Banyuls, l’appartement classé 3* est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, au 1er niveau de notre résidence principale. Totalement indépendant, vous disposez d'une grande terrasse équipée. Stationnement gratuit devant la maison ; possible également de garer moto/vélo de façon sécurisée. Plage et centre du village à moins de 5' en voiture, navette gratuite au bout de l'impasse. Juillet/août, location à la semaine uniquement du samedi au samedi.

Propietat de la família des de fa 40 anys, amb molta emoció, emprenc el projecte perquè esdevingui un veritable refugi de pau 5 estrelles. Ubicada en un dels paratges més privilegiats de Llançà, la Villa sorprèn amb un còctel extraordinari: sol, mar, vistes meravelloses, calma, i un entorn natural únic.

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .
