A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Great location. This amazing unit is located just 400 steps to the famous La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location as well as the wonderful exclusive oversized private outdoor space. Steps to shops and great restaurants, you won't even need your car. Window AC in the living room and portable AC in both bedrooms. There is $250 pet fee. There is one assigned parking space. Parking spots got expanded 2 years ago to accomodate most cars. Measurements: W-106 and H-83 inches
