Studio "Hesperides" in Braine-l'Alleud/Waterloo

This confortable and stylish studio is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a living room with a breakfast bar and a sofabed. There is a private entrance and a terrace. The studio is adapted to a couple with a child/teenager but 3 adults can share it also. An infant can be accommodated in the living room. It is a good base for visits: Brussels Center is 40min away by car or train. Waterloo with its restaurants and shops is 3km away. The Memorial 1815 is 5km away.

Et ce, à seulement cinq minutes de l'université de Louvain-La-Neuve, à deux minutes du golf de Louvain-La-Neuve et à deux minutes de Walibi. Vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous et profiterez d'un logement mis entièrement à votre disposition, garni d'un jardin et d'une terrasse. Et au bout de la rue, le bois de Lauzelle vous accueillera pour de jolies balades ou un petit jogging.

A chacun, nous voulons réserver le meilleur accueil et favoriser une rencontre empreinte d'humanité dans le respect et la fraternité. Notre appartement indépendant offre un large espace de vie; de construction récente, il garde la fraîcheur malgré son orientation plein sud. La terrasse et le jardin attenant vous sont réservés.

Parfait pour un couple ( lit pour bébé ) ou voyageur seul. Le quartier est résidentiel mais à 500m de commerces, restaurants, arrêt de bus, 1km du golf de Waterloo, 20 min de Bruxelles et Louvain-la-Neuve. 8% du loyer correspond à la location du mobilier.
