Quail Bell Cottage, near Yosemite & Kings Canyon.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). There's a seasonal river to swim in with rock pools to swim in thats visible from your deck which wraps around the entire home. Another custom deck features hot shower coming out the granite boulders and clawfoot tub overlooking the river. If you want a truly unique experience, my place makes you feel as though you are still in Yosemite after you have returned from your day.

Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of the house. We live in a very rule area. We are an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .
