Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

L’appartamento nasce in un complesso residenziale a soli 100 metri dalla famosissima spiaggia turchese La Cinta e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di San Teodoro. La casa è adatta soprattutto per famiglie che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante anche con i più piccoli, ma anche per coppie e ragazzi che preferiscono escursioni, divertimento e allo stesso tempo godersi il mare e il sole della Sardegna.

My newly built apartment (2022) is located in "La Suaredda," a quiet area just 2 km from the town center and about 1 km from La Cinta Beach. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends and accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
