La maison indépendante se trouve dans une des plus jolie rue piétonne du vieux Calpe. Il n'y a pas de circulation dans cette rue très atypique et très conviviale à proximité de restaurants et à moins de 10 minutes de la plage a pied. La maison est composée de 3 étages. Ambiance chaleureuse, parquet, bois, carreaux ciments..etc ⚠️Nous désinfectons en profondeur avec de la javel toute la maison après chaque client.⚠️ Internet par fibre. La chambre sous le toit est équipée de l’aire conditionnée !

Reformada en Abril 2023 está situada en la entrada del municipio, cuenta con un acceso fácil y cómodo. Su ubicación hace de la zona un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y de momentos únicos. Capacidad estándar para 16 personas pero con la posibilidad de poner hasta 4 camas más. ***Posibilidad bajo petición anticipada de plazas de parking en la Playa de La Fosa

Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.
