If you're looking for a Spanish getaway, with breathtaking sea views, a pool deck like no other, come to Villa Tita. Inside and out, Villa Tita is well equipped. Three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fabulous kitchen, and a living area with vistas over the Moorish castle and the Mediterranean. Outside terraces flank the house on either side, an infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and dining, and a hot tub to sit in under the stars. Villa Tita is a fabulous home for families and friends.

Fabulous villa with the best sea and mountain views in Southern Spain. Just a 15 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes by car. You will love it! This is a very friendly and charming place located in the prestigious residential area of Almuñecar, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. You can walk along the beach or practice tennis, scuba diving and golf, all a short distance away. The villa is one hour away from Sierra Nevada Ski resort and a short distance from great restaurants and bars.

Enjoy with the whole family at this peaceful villa close to the sea and center of Almuñécar. This villa is fully equipped and ready to relax! Three bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, a lot of outdoor space and the most amazing views. A pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and enough toys for the young ones. Street parking is available in front of the door. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood with not much traffic.
