Planta superior: dormitorios y baño completo. Rutas de senderismo a 5 min a pie desde el alojamiento.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Moderno y Luminoso Ático en el centro

Este ático con terraza está situado en la cuarta planta de un emblemático edificio de principios del siglo XX sin ascensor. La céntrica calle Alhóndiga está llena de vida y de comercios por el día, pero tranquila y silenciosa de noche. Totalmente peatonal, cuenta sin embargo con múltiples zonas de parking próximas al edificio.  Totalmente reformado respetando los elementos originales del edificio: suelos de azulejo hidráulico, techos altos y vigas de madera. .

Cueva de David

Cueva situada en el entorno de la Abadía del Sacromonte, con todas las comodidades, en un entorno B.I.C, (Bien de Interés Cultural) a 15 minutos del centro de granada, y al Albaicín, con transporte público a 50 mts, y a 200 de la Abadía, con parking situado en la misma puerta, público, pero donde siempre hay disponibilidad. Al alojarse en la Cueva de David, serán autorizados a entrar hasta la cueva a través del Albaicín (Patrimonio de la Humanidad)

El sueño de un Cortijo Andaluz La Solanilla

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
