Kazuki’s place is truly a gem. He & Deborah were so communicative, providing transport and recommendations for the area. The room is cozy and funky, and the area is so endearing. Mountains, lake, onsen, great food. Perfect way to escape the city - could have stayed much longer.

Comfortable and not too far of a walk to major attractions. Away from the very busy areas. Appreciated the shared laundry amenities (they had detergent). There is no mini fridge in the room, but they have a shared one in the common space. If you arrive before check in, there is a place to lock/store your luggage.

Great experience overall. The apartment was just like the description. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. Also walking distance to Peace memorial park and museum.

Clean, well-equipped, good location, responsive host. Would recommend this place for groups of 2-3 people.

Ich hatte so eine schöne Zeit in Miyazu. Das Guesthouse war perfekt wenn man Amanohashidate und Ine Funaya besuchen möchte. Man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen, es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe und viele kleine Restaurants. Nana war die liebste und herzlichste Gastgeberin, wir hatten super viel Spaß bei einer Takoyaki Party und beim Spaziergang mit ihren zwei Shibas. Sie gibt einem Tipps für die Umgebung und man trifft Leute von überall. Ich kann das Guesthouse nur empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es lohnt sich auch länger zu bleiben, die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig.

This was an amazing stay! The room and entire hostel is very comfortable, clean, and artistically decorated. They have great amenities like a full kitchen, laundry, and even a workspace/library. The location is away from the most touristy attractions in Kyoto, but we never had a problem getting to where we want. There are plenty of public transportation options near the hostel. Yusuke also provides maps and guides to help with getting around and gives recommendations within the neighborhood to explore a more local Kyoto. Overall, would definitely recommend Yusuke’s place.

I loved my stay in Uji, absolutely fell in love with the town. The apartment's in a very convenient location, at the end of the main street, next to Uji bridge and Byodo-in Omotesando which is lined with shops and restaurants. Depending on which station you come from it's either 5 minutes or 10 minutes by foot. I liked my room (japanese-style, upstairs), it was nice and quiet. The host and his family are a quiet bunch, you barely notice them. They are out a lot but you can always contact them via message, f.e. to request a fresh towel or another blanket or whatever you need. You can use the lobby (= living room/common room) upstairs which has a couch and a fridge till around 11pm. My only complaint is that the downstairs shower had a bit of a mold problem (but there's an upstairs shower too). Also, they have a dog (you barely see or hear it, but you can smell it in the entrance area), so if you have dog allergy beware of that.

El alojamiento de Lan nos ha encantado. El barrio es tranquilo y muy local, de casitas bajas, y cerca está el templo To-ji, con la pagoda de madera más alta de Japón. Para ir a las atracciones turísticas más importantes necesitas coger el autobús. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la azotea de toda la ciudad son muy bonitas.

<장점> 위치: 히가시미쿠니역 5분거리라서 난바,우메다를 지하철 한 번에 갈 수 있었어요. 간사이 공항, 교토, 나라,고베도 접근성이 좋았습니다! 근처에 편의점 2개와 맥도날드, kfc, 식당도 있어서 걸어서 가기 편했어요. 용품:수건, 샴푸, 바디워시, 드라이기, 면봉, 화장솜이 무료로 제공되어서 정말 편했습니다. 기타 필요한 용품들은 저렴한 가격에 구매할 수 있었어요! 샤워실도 옷갈아 입는 공간하고 샤워부스가 따로 되어있어서 편했습니다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요. 비오는 날 우산을 제공해주셔서 감동이였습니다😊 와이파이도 잘터졌습니다. 침구: 깨끗했습니다! 침대 옆에 열쇠로 잠굴 수 있는 서랍이 있어서 안전했습니다. 옷걸이도 있어서 배낭여행하시는 분께 제격이였습니다. 주인분이 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 가격대비 훌륭한 게스트하우스였습니다. 웃고 떠들고하는 시끄러운 게스트하우스가 아니여서 편안했습니다. <단점> 방음이 안됩니다🥹 5일을 묵었는데 첫날손님들이 시끄러워서 말소리, 세면실 콘센트 꼽는 소리, 샤워하는 소리, 드라이기소리가 다 들렸습니다.. 거의 밤을 샜어요. 하지만 다른 날들은 조용해서 괜찮았습니다. 남녀혼숙 같은 방에 남녀가 혼숙합니다. 그래서 약간은 불안한 감정이 들긴 했어요. 하지만 마주칠 일이 거의 없었습니다! 작은 케리어는 침대 옆에 둘 수 있지만 큰 케리어는 별도의 공간에 두어야합니다. 하지만 cctv가 있어서 안전했습니다. 쇼핑을 목적으로 하는 분들보단 배낭여행을 하시는 분들께 제격인 게스트하우스인 것 같습니다. 친절하고 따뜻한 주인분과 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소 덕분에 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다! 감사합니다🥰

Excelente estancia; el lugar está muy limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para sentir y vivir una gran comodidad, además el anfitrión es muy amable. La zona es muy linda y tranquila. Lo recomiendo 200%. Si vuelvo a Kyoto me volvería a hospedar allí.

The location between the canal and the river is beautiful. It was a great set up for an extended family, with lots of rooms and plenty of shared space.

Great Airbnb! Slightly away from the busy heart of Kyoto but only a 10m walk and then you’re at a frequent bus stop which brings you into town. Lovely communal rooftop with great views! 100% recommend!

The house is very great place to stay. It is warm and cozy. Very accessible. The host was so kind and generous. I really love coming back here!! Best hotel so far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
