SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house. WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests. We do not accept extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. Guests also have access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit. Parking is in a designated parking area on the private road. This area is monitored by security cameras.
