Rauhallisessa taloyhtiössä sijaitseva kaksio saunalla Kuusamon ydinkeskustassa. Luhtitalon katutasossa oleva huoneisto on vasta remontoitu ja viihtyisä. Keittiöstä löydät kaiken tarvitsemasi herkullisten aterioiden valmistukseen. Syönnin jälkeen voit mukavasti rentoutua sohvalle katsomaan sarjoja tai leffoja. Päivän päätteeksi pääset nauttimaan raikkaista löylyistä asunnon omassa saunassa! Lapsille ja miksei vanhemmillekkin asunnosta löytyy lautapelejä, Playstation 4, Free Wi-Fi, Chromecast

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Villa Light

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.

54 neliön kaksio ydinkeskustassa, Rukalle 26 km. Asunto on toisessa kerroksessa, talossa on hissi. Ilmainen Autopaikka lämmitystolpalla ja wi-fi. Hintaan sisältyy lakanat, pyyhkeet(1 iso ja 1 pieni/hlö) ja loppusiivous. Lähistöllä linja-autoasema ja muita palveluja kuten kauppoja, ravintoloita, kirpputoreja , terveyskeskus. Asunnossa parisänky ja levitettävä vuodesohva , pyynnöstä vauvan matkasänky .
