Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Kylpytynnyri, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sopimuksen mukaan (lisämaksu). Lumikengät ja lasten pulkat saa käyttää. Lähellä sijaitsevat: esim hiihtokeskus Ruka mökiltä 19 km (noin 20 min automatka) , kansallispuisto Riisitunturi 11 km (noin 15 min automatka), myös Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros lähellä.

Tunnelmallinen ja hyvin rauhallisella sijainnilla oleva mökki Kuusamossa. Mökki sijaitsee kapeassa niemessä, hiekkapohjaisen ja kirkasvetisen järven rannalla. Ranta sopii erittäin hyvin myös lasten uimiseen. Alueella hyvät harrastusmahdollisuudet, talvisin hiihto, lumikenkäily, talvikalastus ja moottorikelkkailu (siirtymäreitti viralliselle kelkkareitille). Hyvät kalastusmahdollisuudet, sijaitsee Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi vesistön alueella, vesiyhteys Kuusamon keskustaan sekä itärajalle.

Fabulous downhill ski slopes at Ruka ski resort can be easily reached in 10 min by car. Fully equipped cabin with wood fired sauna, wood fired family hot tub outdoors, and much more! The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Beautiful home in the Ruka Center

The apartment is located in the Ruka Center. The beautiful one-bedroom apartment is perfect for four people. When the Talvijärvi lift is open you can access the ski slope directly from the apartment. Otherwise, you can get easily to the slopes from the Ruka Center with the new Gondoli-lift. The distance to the Ruka Center and to the slopes and to cross-country ski trails is 100 m. The apartment has beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free WiFi. Welcome!

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Kalliorinne - Lakefront Villa

Villa Kalliorinteeltä on matkaa Rukalle vain n. 10km. Vuonna 2019 saneerattu huvila sijaitsee Kitkajärven rannalla upealla rantatontilla kallion päällä. Lähimpään naapuriin on reilusti matkaa, yksityisyytesi on taattu. Käytössäsi on modernit kylpytilat, avokeittiö, 55" taulutelevisio sekä ilmainen wifi. Nukkumapaikkoja on 6 henkilölle. Makuuhuone parivuoteella sekä parvi, jossa on parivuode sekä levitettävä vuodesohva.
