Welcome to our charming bungalow in the heart of the Brooklyn Arts District! Our cozy home is located just a stroll/bike ride from all the breweries, restaurants, and galleries of the Brooklyn Arts Districts and just blocks away from Historic Downtown Wilmington. A great area to explore after a day of sun and surf at Wrightsville Beach which is just 10 miles away! Bring your furry friends along for just $25 a night, per dog, and let them enjoy our fenced-in backyard and sidewalk-lined streets.

Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities.
