Best location - The Beach House at Carolina Beach

Our Ocean Front Beach House is one of the few single family Beach Houses on CB. Its location is great with the beach steps away and CB Lake Park across the street. Park your car and walk to many restaurants, downtown shops and the Boardwalk. The Beach in front of the house is always less crowded than other areas on the beach. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT OUR BEACH HOUSE!! Our house is perfect for families or Couples. Some Scenes from the movie “Nights in Rodanthe” were filmed on the porch.

Enjoy the ocean view drinking coffee from the balcony before your morning stroll on the sand. This luxurious 3rd row haven sleeps 9 comfortably, featuring 2 primary suites w/king beds, perfect for 2 families. Home was previously managed by a company, but we are now self-managing to provide more personal attention.

Reel Nice: Beach House

4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach cottage on stilts, very conveniently located just across from Ocean Crest Pier and has beautiful ocean views and easy beach access! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a pull out queen sleeper sofa make this house great for a family vacation. Outdoor shower with hot water allows you to keep the house clean of sand. We are dog friendly with a pet fee of $100/ stay for two dogs. The dog fee is additional to stay and charged after booking is paid in full.

The Private first floor rental space (only) includes 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen and great room, all just 200 ft. from the beach access. Relax in the comfort of this stylish house designed around maximizing indoor and outdoor living. Relax on the 450 sq. ft. covered front deck or at the ground level bar / lounge area & yard. We cater to families and small groups, we are not your spring break party house.

Beautiful House close to 31st Street beach access

Beautiful Oak Island, NC home nestled in between the beach, Davis Canal and intracoastal waterway is centrally located to kayaking accessibility, paddle boarding, quite walks on the beach through the scenic beach access. The island is filled with local restaurants that never disappoint. The home is cozy with a large front porch with rocking chairs and a side screened porch with gas grill. Beach is just a short walk away over the scenic walkway. Located close to everything!
