The Salty Dog is a space that is both cosy and open to the water, a wooden boathouse for two that invites you to relax and just 'be', to go off grid and reconnect with mother nature at her best.

This is a one bedroom freestanding fully self contained private elevated dwelling amongst the giant bamboo, Bangalow palms and bromeliads with lake glimpses and ocean breezes. The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
