This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! The Studio is part of the complex Aperado Paros (Krotiri, Parikia) that consists of three houses and three studios. The studio has a view to the resort's swimming pool and the sea. It is named by the island of "Mykonos". A car or scooter/quad is absolutely necessary! The complex is close to the beach (Marchello beach), restaurants (Parikia), and nightlife.
