Authentic Greek Fisherman's House 1 - Summer Love

This house has a full fridge and a private balcony, no guests pass through your balcony. Please also check "Love House" and "Love Nest" Houses for availability. House is on the beach. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly, business travelers and pet firendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Γυθείου, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τα εμπορικά καταστήματα και τα παραλιακά εστιατόρια και μόλις 5 λεπτά οδικώς από τις βραβευμένες παραλίες Μαυροβουνίου και Σελινίτσας. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει υψηλής αισθητικής και ποιότητας παροχές, καθώς είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το Μάιο του 2022. Αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνιο και αυλή, στην οποία μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε.

Παραδοσιακή οικία ξενώνας

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται μέσα στην καρδιά του Ταϋγέτου. Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Πέτρινο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα "Valavani House"

Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
